CLICK & COLLECT

 

We offer FREE Click & Collect from our Ipswich Suffolk based warehouse for all our products.

Simply select local pick up at the checkout and complete your purchase. We will contact you once your order is ready to be collected.

   

HOME DELIVERY

 

We deliver to anywhere in UK. All our product prices exclude shipping cost. We have worked very hard with different courier companies to provide a best possible solution for our customer that’s why We like to give our customers a control over delivery of their purchase. They can choose best possible delivery options meets their needs at the checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 

At this time we can ship to any where in world .we offer express shipping to any where in Europe ,US and canada .For other countries at present we offer standard delivery but express shipping cost can be provided if customer desire to have express shipping.

 

SIGNED DELIVERIES

 

All orders are sent via a courier of our choice, and we may change the couriers we use without notice, although the level of service will always be equivalent. All packages will need to be signed for, whether by yourself, household member or a neighbour.

 

FAILED DELIVERIES

 

If you are away from the delivery address and a neighbour cannot sign for your delivery, then our chosen courier will contact you or leave a card with details of how to arrange a redeliver, or collection from the local depot.

 

The item will be returned to us if the courier unsuccessfully attempts to deliver the order to you on three occasions.

 

Returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges to deliver the item back to us. You will need to re-order your item to have it re-shipped.

 

INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAIL

 

POWER BATTERY  cannot be held responsible if a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the item to be delivered incorrectly. The customer assumes full responsibility for all delivery details supplied at point of order.

 

If you think that you have entered incorrect delivery details after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible with your order number so that we can help to rectify the issue.

 

DELAYED DELIVERERS

 

However, on rare occasions deliveries may take longer, especially during public holidays, festive periods, unforeseen weather conditions or courier delays. If we are out of stock on a specific item in the UK warehouse, we may ship from one of our backup warehouses located in Europe. we will be in contact you in such circumstance before dispatch and will take your advice prior to dispatch and will offer you full refund in such circumstances.

 

Orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

 

Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to issue refund it until either delivery has taken place, or the delivery is refused and the item is on its way back to us.

 

ORDERS OUTSIDE UK

 

When ordering outside of United Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

 

All our product prices excludes shipping cost and shipping cost calculated at the check out .Shipping cost doesnt include any taxes,custom duties and fees.

 

The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates . we do our best to include all relevant data/forms needed for custom clearence with the package . If recipient been asked by local custom department for more information please contact us we will be more than happy to provide any relevant information needed from us.

 

ORDERS MISSING DURING TRANSIT

 

Majority of order do arrive at their intended destination, it is an unavoidable fact of life that some do not. Buyers have up to 20 days to report us about missing item. Buyer should inform us by email us at ukpowerbattery@gmail.com with their order number or call our customer support team on  +44 7904 116259 .Once it has been reported to us we will following actions based on the findings :

 

1) Tracking showings no movement

 

If the tracking details show that the item has been in transit without movement for more than 10 days (14 for international shipments), we will offer a replacement or refund the buyer the full sale amount including the shipping cost

 

2)Tracking showing delivered

 

Tracking showing item has been delivered , In this situation it would be a good idea to check with other household members, Make a through search around your house and make sure item was not left at unusal place , Ask your neighbours whether they may have received on your behalf .If you still not able to find the item . Buyer should inform us by email us at ukpowerbattery@gmail.com with their order number or call our customer support team on  +44 7904 116259 we will be in contact with shipping company and will request more detail on the delivery .If item has been found to be deliver to wrong address which is a failure of shipping company we will make a claim with shipping company on behalf of customer .Those claims can take up to 40 working days to be approved by shipping company once claim has been approved we will offer a replacement or  refund the buyer the full sale amount including the shipping cost
